Cooking Steps
- Crust: crushed biscuits, stir in the milk until evenly distributed. Prepare the serving glasses, put 1 tablespoon of biscuit mixture into serving glasses and set aside.
- Mango mousse: heat mango and Mango Delight ABC Squash, stirring until well blended. Lift, put the gelatin solution, stirring. Let stand until mixture is lukewarm.
- Take 1/3 of cream, mix with mango mixture while stirring rapidly. Add the remaining cream into the mixture, stirring using a balloon whisk (until the dough volume and fluffy).
- Prepare the serving glasses, put mango mousse mixture until almost filled the glass. Put it in the fridge until solid. Garnish with mango pieces
